Términos y Condiciones

Al utilizar este sitio web y nuestros servicios, acepta estos Términos y Condiciones.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using this website (easyjobsrelocation.com) and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.

EasyJobs Relocation is a service provided by EasyLisbonRelocation Ltd ("EasyJobs Relocation", "we", "us" or "our"). These Terms are governed by Portuguese law and must be read together with our Privacy Policy.

2. Who we are and what we do

We support non-EU candidates, employers and investors with relocation, recruitment and business setup in Portugal. Our services include, where applicable: guidance on national visas (such as the D1 work visa and the D4 study visa), a document checklist and review service (DocuBox), candidate–vacancy matching, recruitment support for employers, and assistance with business and investment set-up.

We act as a facilitator and intermediary. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal representation. Decisions on visas, residence permits, admissions and similar matters are taken solely by the competent Portuguese and foreign authorities (including consulates and AIMA – Agência para a Integração, Migrações e Asilo). We do not and cannot guarantee the approval of any visa or residence permit, any job placement, admission or business outcome.

3. Eligibility and account registration

  • You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into a contract.
  • You must provide true, accurate and complete information and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
  • We may refuse, suspend or terminate an account in case of false information, fraud or misuse.

4. Documents and your responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the authenticity, accuracy, validity and legibility of the documents and information you submit. Submitting false, altered, expired or illegible documents may delay or terminate your process and may have legal consequences.

We may use automated tools to assist our review (for example, to check the legibility or expiry of documents). These checks are an aid only and do not replace your responsibility or the assessment of the competent authorities.

5. Fees, payments and refunds

  • Where fees apply, they are clearly described at the point of payment before you pay.
  • Some services use phased (milestone) payments — for example an entrance fee followed by further payments at later stages of the process.
  • The entrance fee, where applicable, opens a six-month allocation programme and is refundable if you are not placed within that period, under the conditions shown at the time of payment.
  • Application fees, where applicable, are refunded if an application is not approved, under the conditions shown at the time of payment.
  • Payments are processed by third-party payment providers (such as Stripe). We do not store your full card details.
  • Prices include applicable taxes (e.g., IVA/VAT) where indicated.

6. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

If you are a consumer, under Decree-Law no. 24/2014 of 14 February you generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason. However, where you expressly ask the service to begin during the withdrawal period and acknowledge that you will lose that right once the service is fully performed, the right of withdrawal no longer applies to services already fully provided; for partially provided services a proportionate amount may be charged.

7. Registration period

A candidate registration may be kept for up to six months. If no payment is made within that period, the registration is archived and the candidate is notified by email. An archived registration may be reactivated by contacting us, subject to availability and the conditions then in force.

8. Communications

By using our services you agree to receive service-related communications by email, including reminders, requests for missing documents and status updates, which are necessary for the performance of the service.

9. Acceptable use

  • Use the website and services only for lawful purposes and in good faith.
  • Do not submit fraudulent, misleading or unlawful content.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the platform.
  • Comply with all applicable Portuguese immigration and other laws.

10. Third parties

Employers, educational institutions, public authorities, payment providers and other third parties are independent from us. We are not responsible for their acts, omissions, decisions or services. Job vacancies are published on behalf of employers and the hiring decision belongs to the employer.

11. Intellectual property

The website, its content, the EasyJobs Relocation brand, logos and materials are owned by or licensed to EasyLisbonRelocation Ltd and are protected by law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the website for its intended purpose. You may not copy, reproduce or exploit our content without our prior written consent.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Portuguese law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, nor for outcomes that depend on the decisions of third parties or public authorities (such as visa refusals). Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it cannot be excluded or limited under mandatory law, including consumer-protection rules and liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

13. Data protection and privacy

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 – GDPR) and Portuguese Law no. 58/2019. Identity and immigration documents are treated as confidential and used only to provide the service. You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, as described in the Privacy Policy.

14. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the services in case of breach of these Terms, fraud or misuse, or where required by law. You may stop using the services at any time; provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as fees due, intellectual property and liability) will continue to apply.

15. Complaints and dispute resolution

You may send complaints to the contact below. As a consumer, you also have access to the electronic Complaints Book (Livro de Reclamações) and to alternative dispute resolution. The competent Portuguese consumer arbitration centres and the European Online Dispute Resolution platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) are available for the out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes.

16. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute will be subject to the competent Portuguese courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights allowing you to bring proceedings in your place of residence.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page and applies from the date it is published. Material changes may be notified by email or on the website. Last updated: June 2026.
